Too Brave isn’t just a name. It’s how we show up.

I’m Brenda, a first-generation Salvadorian-American barista with a soft spot for pan dulce, sneakers I shouldn’t be wearing to work, and specialty coffee that actually tastes good.

I didn’t grow up seeing my culture showcased in coffee spaces — so I made one that did. We highlight coffee and pastries from Latin America while still stocking the classics.

This coffee trailer is a five-year dream in the making. And while I may have started it, I definitely didn’t do it alone.

Too Brave Coffee exists because of the people who believed in it before it was real. We have an amazing team that has developed their barista skills and our exceptional at what they do.

You won’t find frappes here — but you might find our team steaming milk while dancing. Our music’s loud, our shoes are espresso-stained, but the joy is real — even when the rushes seem like they’ll never end.
